​Take advantage of Broken Arrow Senior Center's "office hours" at the  West and new East Annex.

West Annex: Heritage Hall (lunchroom).
Thursdays: October 2022 
Time: 8am-10am

New East Annex: Movie Room  
Thursdays: November & December 2022
Time: 8am-12pm   

Having a presence at the Center will give your agency's representatives an opportunity to build relationships with BA Senior members.  

We know it's a busy time of year! BA Seniors encourages your agency's representatives to contact customer's and have them meet you at the Center during Medicare Fair days and hours. 

The Medicare Fair will be offered for the following dates: 

                                              Thursday, October 6       Thursday, November 3      Thursday, December 1  
                                              Thursday, October 13     Thursday, November 10     
                                              Thursday, October 20     Thursday, November 17
                                              Thursday, October 27     
 
The B.A. Senior Center will promote the Medicare Fair in the October and November Silver Notes newsletter sent to over 2,000 seniors! Plus your agency will be promoted the on BA Seniors digital billboard viewed daily by our members visiting the Center which is an average of 800 people a week.  

As a participating company, you agree to have a representative on site each week during the months during the duration of Medicare Fair.

Donation cost $500.00 (October through December 2nd) 

Payments can be made directly on our website at www.baseniors.org/medicarefair.
