Things Won't Improve Until You Improve Them
Make a Plan - Try to come up with some key ideas you can draw inspiration from and take charge of your health. Focus on areas when short-term success can lead to long-term benefits. Try cutting back on something you don’t enjoy doing or do something extra instead. Get Organized - Spend 15 minutes every morning organizing one thing – a file, drawer or closet – until it’s done.
